ArchitectExams.com is operated by APECx LLC (“we,” “us”). This policy covers the account, study, and order data collected on this site. Order questions: contact@apecx.com.

Information we collect

• Account data: name, email, and password hash when you register.
• Purchase data: product, amount, date, and a customer ID from Stripe. We do not store full card numbers.
• Study data: quiz and exam scores, answers, and flashcard progress tied to your account.
• Technical data: IP address, browser type, and pages viewed, in server logs, used to run and secure the site.

How we use it

We use this information to create your account, deliver the 1-year pass you bought, save scores, send receipts and service messages, and prevent fraud and shared logins. We do not sell personal information. We do not use study answers for advertising.

Processors

Payments are handled by Stripe. Stripe receives billing details under its own privacy policy. The host and email provider store the account and send mail only to perform those services.

Cookies

We use a session cookie to keep you logged in. We do not use third-party advertising cookies. If analytics are added later, this policy will be updated.

Retention

Account and score data are kept while the account is open. Purchase records are kept as long as tax and accounting rules require. You may ask us to delete the account. Study data will be deleted or de-identified unless the transaction record must be kept.

Your choices

You may correct your email in the account or by writing to contact@apecx.com. California residents may request access to or deletion of personal information. If you are in the EEA or UK, we rely on contract (providing the pass) and legitimate interests (security and basic logs).

Children

The site is meant for adults preparing for professional exams. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 16.
