Refund Policy

The ARE 5.0 pass and the LEED Green Associate pass are digital. Access starts when Stripe confirms payment. APECx LLC does not refund a pass, and does not give a partial refund for days you do not use.
Read this policy before you pay. If you do not agree, do not complete checkout.
No pause or hold
A pass cannot be paused, frozen, or put on hold. The 365 days run from the purchase date. Time that you do not study is not added back at the end.
One person, no transfer
The license is for the person who bought it. It cannot be moved to another email, coworker, or firm library. If an account is closed for shared use, the fee is not returned.
Billing mistakes only
A duplicate charge, or a charge for which paid access never opens and cannot be fixed within 3 business days, will be reversed to the original payment method. That is a correction, not a change-of-mind refund. NCARB, Prometric, and GBCI fees are not sold here and are not refunded by APECx LLC.
No pass guarantee
A practice score is not an official result. Buying a pass does not include a retake, a seat credit, or money back if you do not pass.
